We have finished processing the filing forms for the Goochland County Mass Meeting and for the Fifth Congressional District Convention.
The September 30 Mass Meeting is cancelled.
Only one person filed for Chairman. Under the Official Call, that allows cancellation. An appointed credentials committee has reviewed the filings.
As a result:
Everyone who applied for committee membership by the September 18 deadline and paid the membership dues is now an inaugural member of the reconstituted Goochland County Republican Committee.
Everyone who filed as a Fifth District delegate or alternate by that deadline and paid the $20 fee is now a Goochland delegate or alternate to the Fifth Congressional District Convention on November 14, 2026, in Fork Union.
